♡ Terms of service ♡

GENERAL

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.• I reserve the right to politely decline any commission if I feel uncomfortable with the character or theme.• Normally, turnaround time is from 2 weeks to 2.5 months approximately. (Once started)• Understand that English is not my first language, so please try to make communication as clear as possible! So as too to make the notes clear to read.

PAYMENT

• Payment only via paypal (USD). You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.• You are required to contact me first if you need to cancel/refund a commission.• Payment must be done before the commission starts, upfront only. Payment always through invoice.• Only pay if you have the money, sudden changes with dates and money hinders the process, I might cancel the commission. If you are in a bad situation think if you really need that commission please.

REFUNDS

No refunds will ever be given for a completed piece.• If customer asks for a refund, specified amount of money will be refunded according to how long it was worked on (sketch, inks, flats).• If I haven’t started the commission, 100% of the amount will be refunded.If a refund is requested:
- 90% of the total commission price during the sketch stage.
- 50% of the total commission price during the lining stage.
- 25% of the total commission price during the flats stage.
- I don't refund commissions half shaded/almost finished.If I can’t finish your commission before Paypal's buyer protection expires (6 months) I will refund the 100% commission amount.

DRAWING REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK

Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me. You are responsible to ask what changes you'd like in the piece. In the absence of feedback from the customer, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.You can ask for major and free edits ONLY in the sketch phase. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards. Be sure to point out anything you want changed.• Changing the whole drawing (included in sketch phase and on) will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.• After the sketch phase you will be charged extra for big changes: in anatomy, design or in the whole piece.• After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).Be sure to use a visually clear character reference to avoid unnecessary extra work.

COPYRIGHT

• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image (by email or via google docs), but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.• I am not required to post your work in all my galleries, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to manage my socials the way I wish. You should have your own copy for personal use.• You are allowed to post the finished product anywhere you wish, but you must give me proper credit.• Neither the commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.• If you, the client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission will be discussed, as well as any other royalties. Everything must be agreed upon upfront.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

Custom design means a character I would create from scratch, from your description and ideas. It will be a creative process with lots of back and forths, wips and corrections.As a custom character would take me more time to create it would be more expensive: it requires a lot of time dedicated to communication, interpreting your descriptions, correcting my work and also time wasted waiting on the other person to think a response and write back every time, this draws on the time it takes me for finish my work a lot.

- 🔹What would be considered a custom design?: Any character created based on a description, any character created based on a mood board of images, or transforming any character from human to dragon, for example.
Any character that does not exist in the way you want them despicted.- 🔹What is not a custom design?: An already existing character or a character revamp (updating your existing character with a few tweaks).

(Ask me if you are unsure first, as each request is subject to a case by case basis)A custom character could also have extra costs that we would have to discuss in case you wanted a very complicated design. (intricate clothing, very complex patterns, extra limbs etc.)
